New Designs and Prototypes:
If you are developing a new spring, call and ask to speak
with one of our spring engineers. They will help you determine
the requirement for the spring, engineer the spring, apply
manufacturing tolerances, and specify finishes. We have
a large selection of materials in stock and can perform
rapid prototyping for evaluation purposes. We provide a
complete spring service, design, manufacture, and test.
|
Spring Materials:
Renton Coil Spring specializes in titanium springs. Titanium
makes up about half of our product sales. The other half
is primarily high carbon steel such as music wire, chrome
silicon, and chrome vanadium. Stainless steel such as 17-7
and 300 series alloys are used where corrosion resistance
is important. We also work with specialty alloys like inconel,
phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, and monel. The wide range
of spring materials provide the means to optimize spring
performance in the widest range of applications, where weight,
corrosion resistance, stress, or temperature place demands
on the spring material. |
How to order:
Ordering from Renton Coil Spring is easy and quick. If you
have a drawing or other spring definition you wish to build,
simply call, mail, fax, or e-mail the design to us for a
quote. You will usually receive a quote response from us
in one day. |
