New Facility

In March of 1999, Renton Coil Spring Co. moved into a new facility. We purchased an existing building on 3 acres, only two miles from our old location. The close proximity of the new facility allowed us to stay in Renton and retain all of our employees. The existing building was gutted and enlarged. The new facility has 46,000 square feet, 3 times as large as our old shop. The move has enabled RCS to expand production, capability and capacity. The additional space has allowed for new equipment and a more efficient shop floor layout. The move was accomplished without significant impact to our customers delivery schedule. Quality audits have been completed by BSI (our ISO registrar) and many of our major customers at the new site.We look forward to improving service through competitive pricing, increased capacity and improved capability.
